PARKVIEW PROVIDE A MORE EFFECTIVE HELPDESK WITH NETSUPPORT DNA
When Parkview School's Helpdesk was struggling to cope with the volume of support calls coming their way they turned to NetSupport for help.
As the school's Network Manager Allan Whittaker explains, "We were using Richmond SupportDesk but we were getting swamped with calls and needed a more efficient way of recording and tracking tickets. We looked at NetSupport DNA Helpdesk and were impressed with the way it handled the process. It has certainly made life in the IT department bareable, jobs are recorded and dealt with in a much more systematic way."
